Our City Loft Suite is not at Parker Cottage Guesthouse but located in what was once the highest building in Africa: built in 1930 as a bank’s headquarters in lavish Art Deco style, it is situated on the 5th floor of the Old Mutual building with partial views of Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak. It’s chic and modern with a mezzanine bedroom and open plan kitchen (with oven, fridge/freezer and four plate hob), dining room and lounge. The apartment has a full bathroom (separate shower and bath) a WiFi LAN, cable TV, air conditioning and is fully serviced. It has its own secure parking space and free use of a roof-top pool and gym in the Adderley Complex, which is accessed by a skybridge. This apartment can sleep four, two on the Queen bed upstairs and two on the sleeper couch downstairs. It is open plan and does not have a balcony, although the huge (4m high) casement windows flood the apartment with light. Room Rates for City Loft Suite in Cape Town
Please note that our rates are per suite per night for up to two adults sharing. Breakfast is optional in this suite and not included in the price but does include all local taxes. Additional adults (up to another two, four in total) are charged at R 150 per day. We do not offer single rates. |
