The Nguni Room - a Cosy Room

The Nguni Room is one of our Cosy rooms. It works with light greens and whites to create a distinguished and exclusive ambiance which feels homely and welcoming at the same time.

You'll love the bathroom (see below) which has John Parker's original steel ball-and-claw freestanding bath, imported from Scotland in 1890. When we restored it, it took four big guys 40 minutes to get it out of the house!  There's now a Victorian shower over too.

Liz has put her hat boxes on top of the mahogany and walnut Art Deco wardrobe and through the room's large sash window you look out onto a small guesthouse garden courtyard and a partial view of Table Mountain's peak.
